A little self promotion...

I know I am a little slow on this, but I recently co-authored an article in the Texas Lawyer about the new rules, and the challenges that the rules address -- or don't address. The main point of the article is essentially that if you make a bad decision early in a case, it can cost big dollars -- and those bad decisions are easy to make.
