Employers tracking e-mail, Web use

When I was in high school, it was well understood that my locker was not my own. It was kinda on loan from the school. Really it was not even on loan. The school could come and take a look whenever it felt like it.

Well, in today's world, schools have policies saying that they own your email too. The same is true of your company's email account. You see, employers can track the e-mail and Web use of their employers.

As my father used to say, it is the Golden Rule: He who has the gold makes the rules. I am really not being a wise guy, except to say, that people need to be more judicious in the use of their emails.
